1. Healing Truths

A Nourished Life

In my work, I have discovered that many people greatly desire to experience better health. They come to me to aid them in dietary choices and targeted supplementation. I love what I do and I believe that dietary nourishment is vitally important. I love helping people return to a more natural way of eating while liberating them from damaging dietary messaging. I also love the healing power of supplements but not as much as I love when a person becomes well and no longer relies on them. But I have noticed that for many, there is an assumption that diet and supplementation alone will unlock their best health and happiest life. Unfortunately, you can’t supplement your way out of a poisonous lifestyle. So, I put this together this series of blog posts for them and for you. These posts are a reminder of the things you know deep inside yourself, in your very DNA, but perhaps you forgot. If you believe they are things you never knew, after you implement them you may change your mind. At a cellular level, your body knows these truths and your body will continue to guide you to the truths that apply to you in order to unlock your best life. You must learn how to listen to your body. Once you do, it all becomes very simple. This isn’t medical advice; I am not a doctor. Information shared in these posts come from what I have learned in school, from hours of podcasts, books, articles, certification courses, and most importantly, applications in my own life and the lives of my clients.

These posts are designed to get you thinking about all areas of your life, how you feel about them, and how they serve you. It will give you basic tools for change but leaves the door open for exploring whatever strikes a chord within you. I will not dive deeply into the topics presented. The deeper answers are yours to find. This will put you on the right path; from there, you drive yourself. Find your own truth. Find what resonates with you. What is true for you may not be what is true for your friends and family. You know the truth because it unlocks your best life.

As you slowly adopt changes in your life, you will find that there are things you add, take away, change, get more of, get less of, and things that are already serving you well. Things that are already serving you well will appear to remain the same; however, they will not have. You will have taken a close look at them and determined that they are benefiting you just as they are. In this action, there is a change because you do not do these things by accident but rather by intention and with even more gratitude because you are reminded that they serve you well. You carefully examined them and determined their value. Intention and gratitude are the change, even if the actions are the same. These things will be even more healing than before because they are a deliberate part of your life, and you are maximizing their benefit. This will become your relationship with all the areas of your life. You will be living with intention and feeling great while you do it.
